At VibraCore™, we stand behind the quality of our massage guns and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be in like-new condition, with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.

• Returns outside of the 30-day window cannot be accepted.

💵 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

🔄 Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange your VibraCore™ Massage Gun for the same model due to a defect or issue, we will cover the cost of the replacement.
